How do I personalise a product?In each product there are options to add your personalisation for each section, simply add you details and add the item to your basket… simple!

Do you make custom orders?Yes! Just drop me a message on the contact page about what you would like and I will get right back to you!

Where do you deliver?I currently only deliver within the United Kingdom but I do have plans for world domination! So I will soon start offering delivery to other countries… so stay tuned!

What delivery options do you offer?I offer second class delivery via Royal mail free of charge for small Items, and free of charge on larger items on orders over £20 You can also upgrade to first class at checkout for a small fee.

Do you except returns?I gladly accept returns, you have up to 30 days to return the item(s) please contact me via the contact page to discuss any problems with your order. The item(s) must be unused and its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund, buyers are responsible for any loss in value and you may not be eligible for a refund or you may receive a partial refund. Unfortunately there are several items that are exempt from being returned. These include personalised items such as cards, and stickers as well as some sale items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Once I have received your order I will send out an email to notify you that your item(s) have been received, I will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. ​ I don't accept exchanges or cancellations ​Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any shipping costs will not be refunded, for smaller items please be sure to get proof of postage for any goods being returned as item(s) that go missing will not be eligible for a refund. For larger items I recommend using a trackable shipping service as post does go missing from time to time.

Can I cancel my order once it has been place?Unfortunately once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled, if you have any issues with your placed order please contact me via the contact page to discuss.

How can I send my card directly to the recipient?Would you like your card sent directly to the recipient? I can write a personalised message inside cards and send it directly to the recipient. Simply add your personalised message and the delivery address you want to send the card to into the notes section at checkout. For orders sent directly to recipients they will be placed in a plain white envelope and sent directly to them.
