All items are personalised with your chosen name, and the address will be added to the envelope.
The nice list certificate also includes a section of text which you can personalise with

MATERIALS AND SIZING
LETTER FROM SANTA/FATHER CHRISTMASOur personalised letters from Santa are printed smooth A4 180gsm thick paper and measures 21 x 29.7 cm / 8.3 x 11.7 inches, they are finish off with a gold clear glossy sticker.
Our letters are folded in half and then placed in an C5 envelope so all letters will come pre folded
NICE LIST CERTIFICATEOur personalised nice list certificates are printed smooth A5 300gsm card and measures 14.8 x 21 cm / 5.8 x 8.3 inches, they are finished off with a gold clear glossy sticker.
NICE LIST WOODEN MEDAL/ORNAMENTOur wooden medals/ornaments are made from 3mm thick eco-friendly natural plywood.
Each wooden medal/ornament measures approximately:

Ho Ho Ho, greetings from my workshop here at the North Pole.
There is so much excitement, as my favourite season, Christmas is fast approaching.Myself, Mrs. Claus and all the elves have been very busy, and the workshop is at full speed with everyone working hard. The elves are busy making all your favourite toys, sewing stockings and wrapping presents.
Mrs Claus and I have been decorating the village and baking lots and lots of mince pies, cookies and gingerbread men to share with everyone. We have also been perfecting our hot chocolate recipe and I think we have finally mastered it, the secret is the marshmallows on top, they are my favourite. Do you have a favourite Christmas treat?
The reindeer are super excited for Christmas Eve, they have been practising their flying and landing, ready for the big night. They can’t wait to fly through the starry sky on Christmas Eve to help deliver presents to all the children around the world.
The naughty and nice list has now been checked, twice, and I am so happy to see that you, Charlotte are on the official nice list, Congratulations! Everyone here at the north pole is so proud of you, for all your helpfulness and kindness that you have displayed throughout the year, well done and keep up the good work. Merry Christmas.
