Shipping
We aim to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible, for personalised products these can take between 3-5 days to be dispatched.
Please allow extra days during busy periods such as holidays, sales and online markets. You will receive a dispatch email once your order has been sent out.
We currently ship to the below countries;

EU & International Orders
We are still shipping to the European Union however please be aware that there may now be extra charges upon the delivery of your order. Any orders placed outside of the UK may incur additional fees, customers are responsible for any duty or customs fees that may be collected upon the delivery of your order.
Sadly these charges are currently unknown and are unfortunately out of my control.

Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns, you have up to 30 days to return the item(s) please contact me via the contact page to discuss any problems with your order.
The item(s) must be unused and its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund, buyers are responsible for any loss in value and you may not be eligible for a refund or you may receive a partial refund.
Unfortunately, there are several items that are exempt from being returned. These include personalised items such as cards, and stickers as well as some sale items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Once we have received your order we will send out an email to notify you that your item(s) have been received, you will then be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We don't accept exchanges or cancellations, once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled if you have any issues with your placed order please contact us via the contact page to discuss.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any shipping costs will not be refunded. For smaller items please be sure to get proof of postage as any item(s) that go missing will not be eligible for a refund. For larger items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service as post does go missing from time to time.
